The RDay Cake Creations Mobile Cake Bar brings a one-of-a-kind dessert experience directly to your event. Guests have the opportunity to customize their own personal cake by choosing their favorite cake flavors, fillings, frostings, drizzles, candies, cookies, fruits, and specialty toppings. We then assemble each cake to order, creating a delicious masterpiece tailored to their unique tastes. 

Perfect for birthdays, corporate events, employee appreciation days, schools, churches, community events, weddings, and special celebrations, the Mobile Cake Bar creates a memorable experience that is both interactive and delicious. 

How It Works

  1. Choose your cake flavor.
  2. Select your frosting or filling.
  3. Pick your favorite toppings and
    mix-ins.
  4. Add specialty drizzles, candies,
    cookies, fruits, or other enhancements.
  5. We create your custom cake while
    you watch!

  • 1.5 hours of service time
  • 1 attendant to serve your guests
Additional pieces of cake can be added for $6.50/ea.

Option 2

  • 60 pieces of cake
  • 2 hours of service time
  • 1 attendant to serve your guests
Additional pieces of cake can be added for $6.50/ea.

Option 3

  • 80 pieces of cake
  • 2–3 hours of service time
  • 1 attendant to serve your guests
An additional server can be added for $120.

Need More?

Need more than 80 pieces for your large event? Not to worry, we can cater to events of any size. Please just inquire below!

A $25 service fee will be added to all packages.
An additional server can be added for $120. We recommend this for anything over option 3, so guests won’t have to wait to be serviced.

  • Your choice of 3 Cake Flavors & 2 Frosting Flavors
    • Our cake cart holds up to 12 toppings
    • We also always include 3 drizzle sauces: chocolate, caramel, and strawberry
