• Custom desserts are handmade and may vary slightly from inspiration photos or previous designs.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including flavors, colors, sizing, pickup dates, and special requests.
• Last-minute changes may not always be possible once production has started.

3. Pickup & Delivery

• Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup time.
• Once an order has been picked up or delivered, Rday Cake Creations is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or transportation.
• Please keep desserts refrigerated or stored as instructed when applicable.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided once an order has been completed.
• Cancellation requests made in advance may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

5. Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:
